OUR GUARANTEE

• We guarantee that your new puppy has been bred and reared with the upmost love, care and attention with DNA/ health screening performed in line with Kennel Club  recommendations (unless specifically advised at time of viewing).
• All our puppies are believed to be in good health on the day of release, but we do advise you to take them to your local veterinary surgery for a general health check within 14 days of purchase.  If your veterinary surgeon finds any problem, which in their opinion renders the puppy unfit we will take them back and refund the full purchase price on condition that they are returned to us within 14  days of purchase and is in the same state of health as when it was sold.
• We will not let any puppy leave us that is unwell or if we have any concerns at all.
• Before purchase you should consider the puppy as a living animal which will become a much loved member of the family in a very short time. We cannot be held responsible for any distress or costs incurred by you and your family for returning a puppy.
• All our puppies are sold as pets and all Pedigree puppy’s papers are endorsed with a Kennel Club breeding restriction (unless specifically sold for breeding).
• All pedigree puppies will be KC Registered and paperwork provided.
• Copies of parents Pedigree will be provided for all Crossbreeds.
• Copies of all health testing results will be provided ( or KC 3 Gen Health Summary).
• 4 weeks free insurance
• Royal Canin Puppy pack voucher plus a supply of food if required
• Food, diet and worming information are all available on my website.
• New owners should seriously consider having their puppy neutered/spayed from as soon as their vet advises.
